An update for some of the questions
She works mostly doing secretary work in a very successful business. The office is full (i am very sorry) of women that can't get along. So socially----there isn't much interaction. Our little girl loves anyone and everyone. She loves daycare and all the kids that she can watch. She is truly an amazing girl. I belive she needs the interaction so if she comes home full time, the baby will still go to daycare 1-2 times a week.

She really is looking for her "perfect" job. That is difficult in this rural setting. The big jobs are all held by men or people that have been there 30+ years and no sign of retiring. That is just how it is in this part of the country.

Like I said she did grow up in town, but she has run the grain cart and moved some equipment around. She has pulled me out of the mud a few times to. I am just trying in my head to figure out day to day schedules. I still farm with my father-----which throws another wrench into everything.

We keep praying and have faith that it will work out-----I do appreciate all the responses-they have given me alot to think about. I especially liked the person that said that it is her life and her decision. I sometimes think that I can make those decisions for her. Sounds like her 2 week notice is coming soon!

Thanks all
