About 15 days ago. Your pre is worn out and if you spray now, your new pre won’t get activated until the next rain, so you are past the point of having your soil applied herbicides doing the best they can for you by overlapping coverage. Warrant takes a lot of rain to activate so if you can get it on now and have an inch or more in the forecast it should start working but it would have been better to have it on before the last inch of rain you got.

Liberty usually takes two shots 10 days apart to work well for me so you could just spray the liberty now and make another pass in 10 days. The second pass of liberty is probably about the same cost as warrant and should clean up the field by canopy.
