My favorite is when I look up the part number at home, check dealer stock, go to the dealer that has it, give them the number and then they spend 20 minutes on the computer trying to figure out what it is for. I gave you the number, just walk to the bin and get it. Followed closely by the one on their cell phone talking strategy about tonight's little league game when everyone waits.
Like with my guy from earlier today, I'll sell you anything you want but don't walk back in the next day ranting about how I gave you the wrong part since its obviously my fault I don't know your model number. |
