On the other side of the coin, I hate when I give a new parts person a detailed parts list and he or she asks me what machine(s) it is for…
I've spent countless hours on the customer side of the counter. So when I get asked for parts for a certain machine I'll start looking them up. The issue is when the customer goes to a complete different machine and wants parts for that. Lets finish up on machine A before moving on to machine B or C or D. A detailed parts list is great and part numbers with that list is even better. |
