Mercer County, Ohio on the Indiana line | Like said below could be transmission bottlenecks, but more than likely those windmills are having maintenance issues. There are several near me that 2-3 of 15 are off at any given time for maintenance.
I more said it to say that they are trying to generate all the power they can get in this weather, it’s not because we have a surplus of power generation. Especially since several coal plants have been shut down since 2005. |
