Subject: RE: How much fruit is too much???

Western Oregon
We grow a lot of berries and eat them fresh. Strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, loganberry, marionberry, youngberry and boysenberry. Wild blackberries and huckleberries. We haven't bought sugar for 3 years now. We don't use any artificial sugar or substitutes. We make juice and use for sweetener. Pear juice is a good sweetener for many things. We use local raw honey. We use crushed raspberries for salad dressing along with chopped walnuts....James
