I whole heartedly agree. My wife quit her full time job when our secon child was born. Went back to work part off and on after they were in school. I took on more ground and soon increased my income by more than what she had been making. Looking back I would do it the same again. Little kids need a parent at home with them. In my opinion insurance is not nearly as big of deal as it is made out to be. Just buy your own and be done with it.
So think long and hard about whether you want your kids to grow up in daycare or with mom at home.
