Go to podiatrist. Have them do two cortizone injections. One in back of heal and one in side. Cured me and my brother. Instant relief. Been good for 4 years. I did frozen water bottles, night splints, everything possible for years. I BS you not, the two shots cured me by time I left office. Your welcome in advance. lol
