Very informative.
He really stressed pasture raised eggs. We eat them often.
In the early 2000’s U of MN had a workshop on pasture raised high omega 3 eggs.
Our flock had the run of the farmstead. In the winter I supplemented their corn soy based diet with alfalfa meal and they maintained their bright orange yolks
We sold them at the farmers market
