Not sure how fruit could be wrong, fruit tree in The Garden of Eden

We have changed them a lot through the years. The fruit we have today didn't exist a couple thousand years ago. We have bred most of the common "fruits" to have more sugars, less fiber, thinner skin, less/smaller/no seeds, etc.

I'm not saying that fruit is bad in any way, shape, or form, just that it is different from back in the day.

Even if modern fruit does have negatives, if that is the worst thing in your diet, you'll still be better off than anyone on the standard American diet.

I will only eat fruit that can be grown in my area, and I will only eat it when it is in season in my area.
