I've been using Quickbooks desktop for many years. I needed to upgrade my computer and basically got conned into Quickbooks online. They said there was no way to transfer my QB data to a new desktop...which an accountant later told me was not true.

2 years into QB online they are gradually fixing the many issues with it but way too expensive for a one horse farm like me. It's hard to describe how many hours I've wasted transitioning from old desktop to online. They think they have you in a choke hold because they have all your data.
