Ottawa, Ontario | What do you consider the minimum voltage you want to see? Gallagher seems to suggest a minimum of 3kV. I like to see mine at least at 7kV, but that’s not really based on anything. I touched it once with my chin (don’t ask) and I had to sit down for a bit before continuing with what I was doing. I’ve assumed since then that's enough to make the cows respect it.
