Mine did something like that when the NAV had a problem. Ag Express repaired the NAV.


Been through this a few times on a few different machines.

Spinning in circles is usually the gyro in the nav2. Slowly drifting off line is usually the wheel angle sensor or the cabling going to it. If it’s intermittent, usually the cabling to wheel angle sensor. We are currently tracking one down on our stx. Wheel angle sensor is a known good one. Nav2 is a known good one so that’s cabling between the two. Usually the 5 pin round connector from the wheel angle to deutsch connector is the culprit per ag talk. But I think our stx is the extension cable from nav to the adapter.

We run fmx display so you can watch the voltage and see if it spikes or goes flat to help diagnose the wheel angle sensor or cabling.

I have 4 nav2 and 3 have been reworked at ag express and one twice. They aren’t the most reliable piece of equipment but once corrected seem to hold together well.
