South Central MN | If they didn't have a nuke program then what were they doing enriching a whole bunch of uranium? Don't think they would want to stick a lot of time and money into underground enrichment centers and then just sell it.
They knew what they were doing, just trying to get one produced before the rest of the world woke up to the fact and if caught then claim it was for civil use. It's been going on for years. | |
