| Late to the party but I had a guy who had battles this for years tell me to get a water bottle and freeze it, then run the hottest bath you can stand to put your foot in and roll your foot in the bathtub on that frozen water bottle. After insoles, injections, shoes that were stiff (wouldn't twist when you grab the toe and heal) stretching, sleeping in braces I tried this for 3 days and low and behold I am a 1 million percent believer of this method and always wear something Crocs in the house no bear feet. I have never had a problem since then. Something about the heat and ice together stretch it out and help calm it down. | |
