Eastern NE KS | Given your current vaccination practice (at birth), I'm at a loss why you are losing calves.
We went thru this years ago and saved a calf in 2017 but I was lucky. Although this calf was vaccinated at birth, she fell ill with a terrible stomach ache. She was trying to follow her mom but pain would over come her. She would deliberately fall to the ground, kick at her belly and rise again.
I saw this and immediately arranged to met my vet at the clinic. He gave her antitoxin and penicillin. I continued the pen 2 more days and the calf recovered. She was 18 days old.
A few years earlier, Dad witnessed our 1st occurrence (un-vaccinated) which triggered us to start vaccinating at birth similarly to you. His calf was nursing as he passed by to feed the group. Twenty minutes later and on Dad's return the calf was dead. The calf was 3 weeks old and doing well, he was particularly growthy.
I make no recommendations except to consult your vet. Another round of 7 way blackleg may be his recommendation. If you learn differently please post because my location seems to be 'hot' too.
