The "radio" in planes is no different than the 2-way radios available & utilized in farm equipment. 

We have used 2-way radios since our first use of gps equipment long ago in farm equipment. Never have seen any interference between transmitting on 2-way & gps reception.

I don't think the plane had any effect on the OP's gps signal, unless the plane actually hit the gps antenna on the OP's tractor, which I don't believe happened.
