Family likes the brats I make that I get from local Amish bent and dent store. It's called blue ribbon brats but I can't recall the source. The other one I like is a Sheboygan style brat seasoning from Reicherts Spice company. I can get the info to order if interested. As far as the patties go I've made bulk brat mix but it seems like it tends to dry out more than if were in a casing. Definitely easier to make no doubt. | |
