Cherokee iowa | Running away from cash. Cash running away from paper. Seems as if market is as scared and everyone running in different directions. Usually when that happens someone gets caught. Who I don’t know. Hooves backed down a couple bucks early week but still record strong! Paper backed down even more and the boxes are running wild. Packers making money. Cattlemen hopefully making money and the paper stagnant like the rotting wood it’s made of but still some value but it’s starting to stink. With the COF tomorrow things could get interesting quick on paper. I’m kinda scared personally so I covered some lbs last week. Sometimes one just has to defend what he gots when he’s happy even if they want to see it go higher. God I hope it does cattle been under valued for 40 years. What’s your call on this cattle in feed report. Up down or just a clown?
