W. Canada | I managed to find the controller module. It is in the right hand electrical box. It was covered by quite a few other wires. I should have looked harder.
I contacted Norac with the code it was flashing. I needed a new CM. I just installed it and the operating mask loaded nearly instantly.
The controller module must have given out, just while I was switching the operating mask back from my Viper 4+ to the NT01.
Also after posting it was showing an error in the Agcontrol screen. It says it would load but then shut down due to too many canbus errors.
