Hooker Twp,Ne | Not always. We’ve had wet springs and hard times to get things planted. I look at subsoil profile and amount of water in farm and NRD ponds. Also have to look at the water level on the Blue and Nemaha rivers in my area. Doesn’t mean that it absolutely wouldn’t rain but the chances are less with low reservoirs. Or there will be more spotty rains with the have and have nots. | |
