We just put an EZ boom in our sprayer and were having the same problem. We discovered by accident that if you move the rate switch from manual to rate 1 or 2 then back to manual the boom valves would work then. I calledTrimble support and was informed that since I wasn't a dealer they couldn't help me, I needed to talk to who I bought it from.
