N FLA | I feel like we talked about it on Agri talk. At least there was a lot of comments on Facebook.
These numbers are 2000 investors at 50k each. I thought the schtick was you buy one cow and they put it in a feedlot and sell freezer beef and you get the profit. But it was a lot bigger than one calf each.
I wonder if someone started with a "good" idea and ended up committing $100m worth of fraud or if it just spiraled out of control due to social media and they kept cashing the checks.
