Claiming asylum is only a small part of the “due process”. As far as I know there are criteria that have to be met as part of that “due process”. The Biden regime did not follow due process in vetting asylum seekers.
What are you actually arguing for? Until at least this point you are only concerned if due process isn’t followed for deportations, not immigrants. Deportations would not even be necessary if due process of immigration would have been followed, not the other way around. What exactly is the point you are trying to argue? Are you only against due process not being followed for deportations when it is the lack of due process that makes any deportation required in the first place? | |
