So when usda misses the carryout by almost three quarter of billion bushels this year from their first projection why do we need that. It allowed end users to save billions because the price was artificially depressed from that poor estimate. Didn't cost the people putting out the numbers anything.
Agree…It’s seems as if this same thing repeats its self every year…Almost like it’s planned to keep food cheaper;)
