When we are in Bonaire for the winter all we have available is a grill, stovetop and very small oven.
Wife has gotten where about once a week just puts ribs in foil and oven. Always turn out great. Maybe not quite as good as smoker at home, but pretty darn good for just oven and minimal work for preparation.
