Subject: RE: Very tender ribs

Nash County, NC
I cook baby back ribs at 225 for 3 or 4 hours wrapped in foil. After 3 or 4 hours, i unwrap them and cook them for 10 or 15 minutes on both sides at high heat. What ever you grill will do is high heat in my opinion.

put some sauce on them if you like sauce, and cook a few minutes.

They will likely fall apart. Yes, they are over done but i like them that way.

Worth mentioning, the best baby back ribs for cooking comes from Aldi. I have tried most grocery stores in our area and aldi has proven to always cook up the most tender.

For bbq sauce, i highly recomend Georges BBQ sauce from NC. www.georgesbbqsauce.com
