| Would of thought both you and Boone would know its in the constitution. Just why do you think Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 ? So he could bypass the due process even illegal immigrants are entitled to. No that doesn't mean some big trial but it still involves a judge signing off on it. Without due process they could nab anyone they don't like and deport them and call them ilegal immigrants. No due process needed. Don't know why I even posted this.
