| 100 cows will not support 3 families purchasing homes, and farm equipment and nice pickup trucks and farm ground for the 100 cows.
It ain’t happening. The farm has off farm income that you do not see or it was already bought and paid for by grandpa.
Most situations I see like this, several the children had very good paying jobs until 35 or 40 then came back to the debt free family farm grandpa gave them with their house already paid off.
I am happy for them if they can make that work but it is not 100 cows supporting 3 families with nice pickup trucks and. | |
