I would rather have her run our equipment than most people I could hire. It's also nice to both have the same schedule-when we have free time we both have it. Financially it can be tricky, health insurance is expensive. Take a look at a 105 plan which may make health insurance premiums and some other health related expenses deductable as farm labor expenses. |
