NENE | Crops can look pretty good in June sometimes even if it's dry. Rain or lack of in July usually makes or breaks the crop here. Crops looked good early in 2012 but were a disaster. We have had numerous other years when a couple rains that didn't come would have made an excellent crop instead of a below average one. Open your eyes and your mind. Just because somebody says it's too dry doesn't guarantee a disaster or make him a liar for worrying about the potential of one. | |
