Yes typical. Mine are to be set by the 25th. Most are on or around that timeframe.
Basis around here has strengthened at some locations in the last few weeks. With declining futures basis probably won't weaken. But an old dirty trick is to weaken the basis just as the hta expires. So we're getting down to the end now, so might not see an improvement.
