Trying to sell crap like this is at least part of the problem. When a person reads that it subconsciously creates the impression that should a problem develop they will rectify it by reducing the numbers. It doesn’t actually mean anything like that though. What it actually means is that they can IF THEY WANT TO. It is an all too common political way of fooling people into believing they have good intentions they do not actually possess. |
