There are plenty of outside concrete lots sloped towards the bunks, I would say it's pretty common. Hard to have concrete sloped to the building.

I assume the monoslope is open to the lot and slopes away so you're not dumping water off the roof onto your concrete?

Are you going to bed on the concrete or in the building? Can you pour a concrete holding pad off the side with a gate to push out to so you can scrape more often without hauling? Do you have a vac wagon or do you bucket all your manure into spreaders? I've seen a pretty slick recessed "pit" a couple feet deep off one end of a lot like this where rain/manure/liquid would drain towards the bunk but animal action and gravity would let it drain off towards that pit. Had a sump on one corner, could drive the vac wagon by, drop the hose and load most of it out pretty easy without putting a skid steer in the pen or opening gates.
