| When Southern Iowa/Northern Missouri look like they actually bought hybrid seed instead of planting bin run, it gets your mind running about average yield possibilities and then price.
That Northern iowa/southern Minnesota area that was too wet last year looks good. Today, the potential to see alot of 260-270 farm averages appears to exist there.
We will have some problems between now and harvest, but today??? This market can go further south than 24.-IMO
I talked to another guy last night- SW Wisconsin thru eastern Iowa- cross at Davenport and then running the east side of the river to Tennessee. Eastern Iowa looks very good, but Illinois looked super. Southern tip of Illinois was a bit behind, but stands are excellent— per him. | |
