Southeast Colorado | We have a small LTC facility in our hometown. They struggle to keep going financially............and have passed two property tax hikes in the last 10 years. The first time they asked for a tax hike they simultaneously got rid of their child care portion, which they had been operating for a decade or so. It was losing too much money.
For some reason............after you follow every govt guideline to a T, there's no profit left in any business. | |
