| A few things you don't seem to understand
Border encounters do not mean people at this country
The border patrol estimates less than 10% of border encounters actually make it into this country. So when people post that we have taken 10 or 20 million illegals they are failing to understand what they are reading. Encounters are NOT entries!!!!
Many people stop by border patrol are encountered 5 or 7 times in a year.
There are more than a half million legitimate asylum request a year.
And NO after being reviewed by immigration judges not all are granted.
There are about 750 immigration judges in the USA currently each of those judges have a backlog of 4750 cases and that number is growing everyday.
I have never stated that increasing asylum would be fixing the problem, so why do you feel the need to lie about that?
We do need to fix the process so that people who live in countries that have gang control over the country, and these gangs are brought to power because of the drugs they sell to the customers in this country. Then yes we do bare some of that responsibility.
The Venezuelan country had a fairly decent economy going but the rich were taking all of the wealth out of it and slowly leaving nothing for the average people they had a revolution and then we didn't like the new people in power so we decided to sanction oil exports and that helped drive their economy into the tank and now we have wave after wave of people heading north to escape the drug lords and a economy that is in shambles, do you think maybe we brought some of these problems upon ourselves. | |
