I suspect with each generation of gnss receivers, increased CPU processing for dealing with 2 satellite constellations, and now 4 satellite constellations, and a better RF tuner is what has changed.

I'm not familiar with your setup, but if similar to EZ-Guide 500, then if an issue, either antenna or receiver (EZ-Guide 500) is the issue.
If your receiver works after being on for say 30 minutes, buying a new antenna will fix nothing.
FWIW - I have a new magnetic mount antenna I was going to use on in-law's EZ-Guide, but he bought a new setup this year. Same as AG25 (AN600)....this seller is charging Shipping: $43.16 + $34.02
