Yes they inspected mine. I thought quote was high so i went with grayfield slat replacement. Too be fair, i have poured in place beams, and they automatically wanted to cut them out and replace them, whereas grayfield was willing to put new slats on the old beams, as long as the beams were still solid.
Altenberg will do a good job, as well as grayfield.
