More nuke, coal, NG, etc. Solar and wind are find small scale. Put your own solar farm in and use batteries. Put a pinwheel up with batteries, just like my Great Aunt did in 1936. The grid and "essential" service demands and should get reliable power. Pinwheels and panels are not that.
