Have had a lot of too wet years in the past decade, I’m a little gun shy when a rain cloud pops up.
Three days ago we were chatting with friends from town. She was so thankful for the rain - they were starting to water their trees.
Wow. 5 miles away.
They are on a sand vein in the river valley, I’m farming 200 feet above them more or less on a former glacial lake bed.
Can be so different a short distance away.
