There's c02 on the highway in semis every day. They don't need a pipeline for recovery. Using the produced water injected back into the well is another method. At current oil prices tertiary recovery probably isn't profitable anyway. You don't want to be anywhere near in miles of a c02 blowout. Asphyxiation
