South Central MN | My mom is in her 80's and while she is still pretty sharp she just doesn't feel like driving anymore. Can't really blame her as she lives in Tucson AZ so traffic is a bit of a hassle, and she was concerned about getting in/out of a vehicle by herself since she doesn't trust her balance. I don't think she has driven any in 2-3 years now.
My dad was a stubborn one who didn't want to give up driving but got told he couldn't anymore. Wasn't safe in a tractor turning around on the ends of fields let alone going down a road in a pickup. | |
