NE Iowa | I'd say $90-100 a sf. I have been renovating an unfinished area in our basement for a 4th bedroom, its much less expensive if you have the dry space. I'll probably finish this weekend, but I started in mid-September during the wet weather. Granted we had a harvest to get through and plenty of other things that popped up all winter. I am a do it yourselfer, but the best thing I ever did was higher the egress done. I stood and watched for the entire 3 hours it took them. I guess what I am saying is even as a do it yourself guy, consider a contractor. | |
