IN | I realize this is localized backyarditis but there’s enough of it in a 50 mile square of prime farm ground that usually averages north of 65 bushel beans and 220 bushel corn. Really putting a damper on stuff around here. The particular field I’m posting is 83 acres that got planted May 9th. Turned around and replanted all of it May 31st and got a great stand this time. Only for it to happy all over again. Lots of roads shut down and multiple areas that received 5+ inches in 12 hours. Going to take the average down around here. We weren’t looking record but looked decent. Oh well there’s always next year. I’d say probably a couple thousand acres that look pretty similar in my neighborhood. Not enough to move the needle nationwide. We tried though!
