how about have a special tax rate of 90% on profits from projects such as the summit pipeline that are based on eminent domain, that would affect everyone from bruce rasetter to mitch hora (nothing personal guys) ? sometimes you need to use socialism in order to fight socialism, it would certainly take the pep out of those go-getters step. maybe include former governor pensions too. :-)
