Folks don't care what damage they do to others.\
We ran cement across from where the kids practiced football.
I was having trouble with the kids in the cement and the parents did nothing.
I finally gave up and went inside and got a bunch of tar. I spread that over the path the kids had to take to get to the wet concrete.
Suddenly the parents cared what the kids were into.
Well Thursday did not end well
