We just had some land taken from us using quick take eminent domain. They went into the judge and got pre approved before they even came around to everyone. Hired an attorney and told them we wanted at least farmland price. They basically told us to kiss off, and we got about 1/3 of the going rate. Some day the world will turn on those who take what isn’t theirs without paying. I’m not against progress, I’m against stealing.
