Surely you could find a CNA or LPN to live in the house with them for less than 240k a year. Heck, find 2. At 60k a pop working 2 12 hour shifts you are at half that.

Youre right. You should do well in your new enterprise. Should be easy peasy to staff 12 hour shifts 7 days week, 84 hours week per employee for 60 grand. No benfits included. Aaron, I think you’re a good guy, but I think you’re way, way underestimating what such endeavor would cost.
