Someone start a Business and staff people of the highest caliber with in home care at these prices Not feasible if you can run a calculator. These folks need 24 hour care. They can’t be left completely alone for 8 hour periods. It would cost in excess of $20,000 month for what you are suggesting just to make payroll. Disagree with me, knock yourself out and start up this service yourself and make the big bucks. Where it could start to make sense is to provide a micro facility, where say 4 patients under one specialist supervision. Now you’re spreading the expenses across 4 patients instead of one, even though needing to provide the facility vs in home, this model is much more cost effective, and provide a profit to the provider. |
